The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and nice with excellent personnel. the location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. A river and hills were next to the place.

great hotel with free wi-fi, the location was convenient in the centre of town. location: the venue was short walk to sights and great restaurants and the center and the fortress.
Beds were quite small in this place.

The hotel is lovely, old-fashioned, and cute. the staff are attentive. the location is magnificent and beautiful, near the castle and various cafes and restaurants.

The hotel is in a great location by the river and under the castle. Family-run with polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms, albeit small, with a view of the castle. Rich, tasty, and homemade breakfast.
Felt warm, no complaints.

This hotel is fantastic neighboring Godfrey of Bouillon castle and Semoise river. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The room we stayed in was clean and rather sizeable, with a large window balcony offering stunning river views. It was a great value for money. The staff at this hotel was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast served at this hotel was good, with a nice selection of croissants, bread, cheese, and meats. The hot items could be better in quality, but overall it was a satisfying meal.
All was nice, nothing to improve.

Barman came back into hotel to serve us a drink,took his coat off....he was going home. Time? 2100!
The rooms offered were very small with no air conditioning (it was 20deg outside. The breakfasts were minimal on thge first day and a small basket on the second day (one apple between 2 people..no cereals offered...had to ask for some milk)The location is extremely noisy and one had to close the windows to get some sleep......hence no ventilation.The worst Best Western hotel we`ve ever stayed at. Puts us off using you ever again!
